An MP Aspirant also a Company director has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle valued at Ksh 6.8M.
Boris Owie Agonga, a Co-director of Digitalent Systems Limited, appeared before the court on allegations that he stole the company’s vehicle. According to court documents, Agonga is accused of stealing a Land Rover Discovery valued at Ksh 6,820,000 said to be the property of Digitalent Systems Limited, which allegedly came into his possession by virtue of his position in the company.
The charge sheet reveals that Agonga was arrested on February 13,2026 and was released by the court on a cash bail of Ksh 20,000. The case is scheduled for further mention on March 3.
