Afya Sacco Staff Patric Muithi Muthangya Charged with Sh 55 Million Fraud
Patric Muithi Muthangya was charged that on diverse dates between December 8, 2016, and November 1, 2021, at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya, with others before court, he conspired with intent to commit a felony, which is stealing from Afya Sacco Society Limited a sum of Sh 55,649,000.
Muithi was also charged that on similar dates and in similar places, he stole Sh 55 million from the Sacco.
He was released on a Sh 3M bond plus one surety or cash bail of Sh 1 by M plus 2 contact persons. The matter will be mentioned on May 12, 2025.
