Drama in Kitui Woman Bites Husband, A domestic disagreement in Kitui turned into a scene straight out of a comedy sketch after a woman allegedly bit her husband’s lip, claiming he had shortchanged her in the bedroom.
The incident, which left residents both shocked and amused, reportedly began when the husband delivered only one round of intimacy instead of the usual one and a half. According to the wife, this was not just a case of exhaustion — she suspected foul play.
“She said he always goes one and a half rounds, but that day it was just one. She believed the missing half was spent elsewhere,” said a neighbour, who requested anonymity to avoid being dragged into what she called “bedroom budget issues.”
When asked to account for the “balance,” the husband allegedly laughed off the concern, which only fuelled the fire. Things escalated quickly, and in a moment of frustration, the woman bit his lip — determined to leave a mark in more ways than one.
The husband was treated for a minor injury and is reportedly recovering, though likely still shocked by the unexpected “lip deduction.”
Local police intervened to calm the situation, but no formal charges were filed. However, community elders have since urged couples to sort out personal matters peacefully and remember that “rounds” are not a contractual agreement.
